All processes takes time

Your care plan is specific to you, your health history and what your goals are. The goal with a care plan is to create a structure that allows your body to regain control. We often talk about 3 different phases when we talk about care plans: Initial, Stabilising, and Maintenance. Your visit frequency will be scheduled to reach milestones along the way. In the beginning, this frequency is normally a bit higher, compared to when the body has built up some good strength, and can handle longer gaps between adjustments.
